Now a week now with a working heat pump. Good contact with the company and its very capable staff right from the start. Saw a trial design working at the shop and was convinced by this that this was what we were looking for. (Adlar Castra Aurora 2 10Kw) From application in December 2022 to completion of installation in April 2023. Couldn't get this from any other company and had been looking for 2 years. Didn't all go well (so no 5*) , but this suits a start-up company and everything did go completely to plan. Looking forward to the additional connection of a boiler so we are completely gas free.

An Adlar Aurora II 10kw heat pump was recently installed at our place. The people from Adlar did a very good job and also make sure that things like pipe penetrations are neatly finished. Knowledgeable staff who also take time to explain the overall installation. Savings on gas are clearly noticeable from day 1! Great!

So far nothing but praise: good advice in advance, seen a running test setup in the showroom with explanations from the enthusiastic owners and later a professional installation. The system has been running for a few weeks now. We're almost out of gas! We are going to install underfloor heating for efficiency. We still have normal radiators at the moment, but that also works fine if you keep the temperature at 18.5 - 19 degrees. Aftercare also seems good: they called themselves to ask if everything is still satisfactory. Only downside: no WiFi/app connection yet; that has yet to be rolled out.

Had been looking for a hybrid heat pump for some time that also works when it really gets colder and is also ready for the future and affordable. I think I found this in the Adlar Castra Aurora II 6 kW. Also clarity in advance about when it can be placed and that was very soon! Placement went quickly and professionally, guys have things well organized. Setup and commissioning also went smoothly. I also received a number of useful tips about the existing heating system, so that I can achieve maximum efficiency. The app also works well, you can set some things and modes yourself. We have now also had some cold days and nights and the house maintains a nice temperature without the central heating boiler running, I think the power consumption is not too bad and it is also very quiet.

The Aurora II 6kw has been running with us since mid-January 2023. The start-up company Adlar, with an enthusiastic, dynamic and professional team, has succeeded in delivering, installing and aftercare quickly and reliably in just a few months. In our specific situation, minor adjustments were necessary in terms of functioning, but these were implemented quickly and effectively. The pump functions in a hybrid setup with (low H2O) Jaga radiators. The water temperature can remain low in order to still achieve sufficient comfort ( heating curve 2 low temp). The central heating only switches on when there is frost. We notice a considerably lower gas consumption. More power is needed of course, but that will be solved by installing extra solar panels soon. On to All electric , and therefore gasless ! This is really possible with the help of this excellent heat pump.

At the beginning of January the Adlar team installed the Aurora 2, 6kw at my house. Very satisfied with the progress of the installation, the engineers took the time to explain the work and share information about the heat pump. Coincidentally came across this brand of heat pump and read some reviews. Based on this an appointment was made for an intake. The intake interview confirmed Adlar's reviews, expertise, honesty, openness and the explanation of the next steps. First step the fireplace, it can stand as expected and check the electrical installation. Second step the installation itself, this is done very skillfully by super friendly guys with expertise. The third step is the final adjustment. This has yet to be done, but given the speed and reliability of the agreements in the first three steps, I have complete confidence in this. Just a company that keeps its promises, that listens to you.
