As the manufacturer and installer, Adlår offers a personal heat pump service. Understand our different packages and pick the right one to give you peace of mind and to never worry about your heating.
OUR PLANS:
HEAT PUMP WARRANTY PERIOD
You may ask why our heat pump warranty period changes based on your service package selection. This is because, like anything, proper maintenance ensures the product works and functions as desired.
We like to insist we do your maintenance to ensure it is done correctly and well. By doing this we can easily extend our warranty and equally give you peace of mind.
KNOWLEDGE HUB ARTICLE | ADVANTAGES OF HEAT PUMPS
BRONZE (1 year)
Choose our Bronze maintenance package and enjoy an annual inspection of your heat pump. With this inspection, we ensure that your heat pump always remains in top condition and prevent unexpected breakdowns. In addition, we are always available to help you with any questions or problems.
SILVER (5 years)
Choose the Silver Maintenance Package and enjoy a 5-year warranty on your Adlår Castra heat pump. With this package, you are assured of an annual inspection, and you can always contact us for any questions or problems. Moreover, you pay no subscription fee for our mobile app. So you enjoy optimum safety and comfort, without worrying about unexpected costs.
GOLD (5 years)
Choose our Gold Maintenance Package and enjoy everything from the Silver Package, but also a range of other benefits, including a yearly clean, optimisation and a domestic hot water quality check. This is our most popular program giving you piece of mind at an affordable price.
*PLATINUM PREMIUM (5-7 years)
Adlår Castra is currently developing the Platinum Maintenance Package, the most comprehensive maintenance package we have currently offered. The package includes everything the Gold Maintenance Package offers, and much more! Keep an eye on our website for more information on the development of the Platinum Maintenance Package.
CORE DETAILS:
Annual home visit for full system service
5 year heat pump warranty
5 year warranty on your heat pump cylinder
10 year warranty on emitters (radiators and underfloor heating)
Access to our helpline, open 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday, 10am – 6pm Sunday
No call-out fees (if repair covered under warranty)
What's NOT Covered
- Repairs and replacements not covered under warranty
- Pipework; Connections; Electrics;
- Any other equipment not directly related to your heat pump (third party equipment not produced by Adlår.
- Any damages or associated costs caused by:
- Lack of care or neglect;
- Accidental damage, malicious damage, misuse, or any alteration;
- Maintenance servicing by any third party;
- Failure to use for installation purpose;
- Lack of power or water, water contamination or scale formation or air pollution.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
During your site visit our surveyor will recommend our service packages to you and discuss your options. Following your decision we will supply you with our package full terms and conditions.

HEAT PUMP Warranty QUESTIONS
Just like a gas boiler, heat pumps perform best with a service. This can be especially true if you are in a hard water area or there is lots of build up in your water system.
If you don’t get an annual service you won’t be able to claim your warranty.
As the manufacturer and installer it is important we control the quality and performance of our units. Whilst there are some great installers we require our expert team to conduct the service.
Most of the annual cost is our onsite service, if you cancel before then there won’t be any charge.
Yes, they do.
As above there are a limited number of reasons why your service wouldn’t be covered, in this case we would charge our standard call-out fee of £125 and we would inform you of the costs to make the repairs that are outside of the warranty.
We charge an annual fee. You will be reminded in advance of the annual payment so you have plenty of time to cancel if you so wish.
We require you to sign up 30 days after your heat pump has been commissioned. We can be accommodating under certain circumstances however.
