We have optimised the installation of our heat pumps. Where most companies take 4-5 days to install, we can do it in 1.5 days or less.

This has the added benefit of reducing the impact to your comfort. as domestic hot water is nearly always active on day 1, with heating ON on the second day. In some cases, we only need to turn the heating off for a few hours.

  • Hot water from the heat pump goes straight to your radiators

MCS GRANT Site VISIT agreement

1. MCS Site Visit

Thank you for booking an onsite visit for your grant assessment. Following the placement of your order you will be contacted by our team to arrange a convenient time for one of our heat loss specialists to visit you.

2. Effective Date

Your assessment confirmation will take effect after (1) you have placed your order and (2) we have received your payment.

3. Rights

Your order guarantees one of our team will contact you to discuss arranging an onsite visit. 

It does not guarantee that we will conduct an onsite survey or that you are eligible for the MCS £7,500.00 grant. 

If after our sales team contact you it is deemed not possible to visit you and/or for you to obtain the grant, we will refund your payment. 

You are able to cancel your order at any time up to 24hrs before your site visit is arranged to take place, and you will also be refunded in full.

If you proceeding with ordering a heat pump from Adlår your order will be refunded against the price of the heat pump. 

4. Gratuities; Non-transferable

We will hold your order value specifically for the purpose of your onsite survey. Your order is not transferable or assignable to any other party without written consent.

You are aware that we will not hold your order separately or in an escrow or trust fund, nor will we receive any interest on your order payment.

You are able to get a refund of your payment upon request as detailed above.

5. Your data

We may ask you for information from time to time so that we can fulfil our obligations under these terms and conditions. We hold your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at adlar.co.uk.

6. Obligations

You are aware that this order does not impose any obligation on us to sell and/or supply goods, services or otherwise to you. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and for any reason (and without giving any reason), such as, but not limited to, an embargo, warfare, political instability or failure to reach a critical number of reservations in a particular area. After cancelling the order, we will refund the amount.

Unique ADLÅR FEATURES

Our ASHP cylinders produce cold air as a by product. In the winter we remove the waste air externally or into a dead space above insulation, but in the summer we can redistribute this cold air into your rooms.

Our cylinders can be equipped with an electric anode, which balances the mineral content of your water by filtering out calcium, extraneous particles, chlorine and heavy metals. The result is an almost neutral pH.
